United All Stars Black Diamonds — Centerstage X Vegas Mix
◆ Centerstage X Lyric Video Series — Post 01
This is the music behind the three-peat.
When the United All Stars Black Diamonds came to Limelight Music Productions for their 2025-2026 season, the mission was clear: take down All Star Worlds for the third year in a row. They did exactly that. Producer Andy Jones built this fully original Centerstage X mix — themed around the Las Vegas strip — for an International Open Level 5 Co-Ed program that doesn't lose.
This is the first official lyric video drop in our new Centerstage X blog series — and there was no better team to start with.
Meet the Black Diamonds
The Black Diamonds are United All Stars' International Open Level 5 Co-Ed flagship team. The roster pulls from the Iowa Central cheer pipeline, blending Intermediate and Advanced athletes into one of the most-watched programs in the region. At competitions, younger teams literally learn the Black Diamonds' stunts on the floor between sessions — that's the kind of cultural pull this team has built.
Their hashtag #BD4L (Black Diamonds For Life) and rallying cry Diamond Domination aren't just sayings. They're the identity of an organization that bets big and wins big. Gym colors are pink, black, and white — and the swagger, sass, and confidence run through every voiceover, every lyric, and every beat in the mix.
For 2025-2026, the team made the move to Limelight Music Productions with one clear goal: lock in their third consecutive title at All Star Worlds. Mission accomplished. The Black Diamonds went three-for-three, capturing their third straight Worlds win — and the Centerstage X mix you're hearing is part of how they did it.
The Theme — Welcome to the Vegas Strip
The Black Diamonds' Vegas casino concept is exactly the kind of bold, character-driven theme that fully original production was built for. Every musical choice serves the story:
◆ Cinematic Open
A Vegas voiceover drops the audience onto the casino floor before the first 8-count even hits.
◆ Branded Anthem Hook
A "Viva Black Diamonds" chorus moment the crowd can chant by the second listen.
◆ Casino Sound FX
Dice rolls, chips clinking, and a "1, 2, 3 diamonds" slot machine moment that mirrored their three-peat — and called it.
◆ Coed Vocal Balance
An equal split of female and male rappers to match the roster — loud, sassy, confident.

What Made This Centerstage X Production Unique
The Black Diamonds came in with a sharp creative vision and producer Andy Jones built around it line by line. Four production details worth calling out:
01
A Heavier Backbeat Across All 2:30
The team requested a thicker low end to give their stunts and tumble passes more punch in the arena. The mix was engineered to deliver that across the full 2:30 runtime without ever muddying the vocal stack — a balance only possible when every element is built from scratch.
02
Stacked Staple Voiceovers
"BD4L," "Diamond Domination," "We're all in," and "Someone's on a hot streak" all hit at signature moments. These aren't filler lines — they're the phrases the team's community already chants from the stands. Hearing them in the mix turns the audience into part of the routine.
03
Frame-Perfect Choreography Sync
During the elite stretch section, a layered "Back... to Back... TO BACK!" voiceover hits exactly when the middle group goes up, then the outside groups, then everyone tic-tocs together. That kind of timing only happens when the music is built around the choreography, not the other way around. Centerstage X is the package that lets us get that surgical.
04
Custom Lyrics That Double as Crowd Hooks
Original lyric writing across the full mix gives the Black Diamonds lines no other team has — and lines that match their Vegas story beat for beat:
"Stack the odds, we'll bet it all"
"Always bet on black if you don't, you gon' get beat down"
"Hold your breath the reels are spinning, that's 1, 2, 3 diamonds for the winning"
"Triple diamonds on the line, three match up and now they shine"
🏆 The three-peat payoff — and the line that called the win
Why Fully Original Cheer Music Matters for Elite Programs
A theme like Vegas only lands if the music is genuinely original. There's no premade casino-themed cheer mix on the market that can pull off a custom "Welcome to the Vegas strip" intro, a "Viva Black Diamonds" branded chant, and a Triple Diamonds three-peat payoff at the closing pyramid. That kind of story-driven music only exists when the producer writes it for one team and one team only.
That's exactly what Centerstage X delivers. It's our top-tier package — fully original lyrics, fully original production, no premade beats, and unlimited creative direction. It's what Worlds-bound programs choose when their goals are big enough that the music can't get in the way. And when those teams win — like the Black Diamonds just did — the music becomes part of the story.
The Black Diamonds aren't a team that needed cookie-cutter music. They needed a soundtrack that matched their swagger, their goals, and their three-peat story. We're proud to be the producer they chose to build it.
