What's Inside

Everything you need to plan a competition routine

01 · Layout

48 numbered 8-counts across 3 grid pages

Enough rows for any routine length — from a 1:30 high school mix all the way up to a 2:30 elite all-star routine. Each row has a Section label column, a count number, 8 individual count cells, and built-in spacing for skill notes.

02 · Cover Page

Project information sheet keeps each routine organized

Cover page captures Project, Program, Contact, Email, Phone, Division, Mascot, Colors, Type, and Admin notes. Use it as the front of every binder section so multiple teams stay clean across the season.

03 · Print-Ready

Clean US Letter PDF · prints sharp on any printer

White background with lime green accents. Designed to print without bleed, with crisp black ink for handwritten notes. Same Limelight branding your team already recognizes from the music delivery side.

How Coaches Use It

From routine concept to competition floor

01

Step 1

Print one per team

Print the sheet at the start of the season. Fill in the cover page with team info, then bring it to your first choreo session. Each section break (intro, build, jumps, stunt, pyramid, tumble pass, dance, outro) gets a row group with a section label.

02

Step 2

Map the routine count-by-count

Fill each 8-count row with the skills happening on each count — tumbling pass, pyramid hit, stunt sequence, jump combo, dance break. Use the Section column to label the structural piece. Visualize the routine on paper before the team learns it.

03

Step 3

Refine before you commit to a mix

Use the BPM and mix length you're targeting with the free Cheer Music Calculator™ to confirm your count total fits the routine length. Iterate on paper. Lock the timing before the music producer locks the mix.

Grab the sheet. Start planning.
