Limelight Music Productions creates fully custom cheer music for cheerleading teams across the country and around the world. Because every mix is built specifically for one team's routine, choreography, and competition needs, the work is bespoke from the moment production begins. This page outlines our refund and return policy so coaches and program directors know exactly what to expect when booking with us.
All Limelight Music Productions custom cheer music sales are final.
Why All Sales Are Final
Custom cheer music isn't a stocked product. Each Limelight mix is produced from scratch — built around your team's selections, choreography, timing, and competition specs. Once we begin production on your order, we are committing real production time, licensing access, and creative work specifically to your team. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom cheer music orders once production has begun.
This policy applies to all packages, including Headliner, Headliner+, and Centerstage X, and across all mix lengths.
Revisions Are Included
We work closely with you throughout the production process to make sure your mix meets your expectations. Each Limelight package includes a defined number of revisions, designed to cover creative direction changes, sound adjustments, music selection swaps, and production tweaks before your final mix is delivered. Specific revision details are confirmed at the time of booking based on the package you select.
If something about your mix isn't quite right, we'd much rather hear about it during the revision phase than after delivery. Bring us your notes and we'll work through them together.
Cancellations Before Production Begins
If you need to cancel an order before we begin work on your mix, please contact us as soon as possible at info@limelightmusicpro.com. Cancellation eligibility is reviewed based on the production status of your order at the time of your request. Once production has started, the all-sales-final policy applies.
Delivery and Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem receiving, downloading, or playing back your final mix — corrupted audio file, broken download link, format compatibility, or similar — contact us right away and we will resolve it. Technical delivery issues are separate from our no-refund policy on the creative work itself, and we'll always make sure you can access the mix you ordered.
