Step 2 — Book Your Production Slot

Once you have chosen your package, the next step is securing your production slot. The best producers fill their schedules quickly — especially heading into peak season. Booking early gives you more production time, a less rushed process, and more time for your team to practice with the final mix before competition day.

Step 3 — Submit Your Routine Details

After booking, you will submit your routine details to the production team in the Control Room. This is the most important step in the entire process — the quality of your final mix depends heavily on the quality of the information you provide.

Your submission should include:

• Team name, gym name, mascot, and colors
• Routine theme or creative direction — even broad ideas like "dark and cinematic" or "bright and energetic" help the producer understand your vision
• Song preferences — genres, artists, or specific songs you love (or want to avoid)

• Competition deadline — the date you need your mix delivered
